We are looking for a highly motivated
Business Analyst
to join our Product team and play a key role in defining, refining, and optimizing our
SaaS-based project management platform
. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with
software products
, a strong grasp of
Agile and project management concepts
, and a solid understanding of the
web application development lifecycle
.

You will act as the bridge between
business stakeholders, product management, and the development team
, translating business needs into functional requirements and ensuring product enhancements align with user expectations and company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with
Product Managers
,
Designers
, and
Developers
to gather and document business and functional requirements for new features and product improvements.

Conduct detailed analysis of
user journeys
,
pain points
, and
workflow efficiency
within the product.

Translate complex business requirements into
user stories
,
acceptance criteria
, and
feature specifications
for engineering teams.

Support and refine the
product backlog
, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities.

Partner with the
QA team
to define test cases and validate new releases against requirements.

Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.

Participate in
sprint planning
,
standups
, and
retrospectives
, providing clarity on user stories and business context.

Create
process maps
,
wireframes
, and
functional documentation
to support product decisions.

Stay up-to-date with trends in
Agile project management
,
SaaS platforms
, and
software development practices
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–6 years
of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, preferably in a
SaaS or software product environment
.

Good understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies
and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).

Strong grasp of
web application development processes
— from requirements and UI/UX to release cycles.

Experience documenting
user stories
,
functional specs
, and
API-level requirements
.

Excellent
analytical
,
communication
, and
problem-solving
skills.

Ability to translate technical details into business-friendly language.

Familiarity with
product analytics
(e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in
project management or Agile tools
(e.g., Kendis, Jira, Aha, , ClickUp, etc.).

Understanding of
SaaS metrics
,
subscription models
, and
multi-tenant architectures
.

Basic knowledge of
UI/UX design principles
or tools like Figma, Miro, or Lucidchart.

Exposure to
API documentation
or
data integrations
.

Prior work experience in an
Agile development environment
.
