Inventory - Coordinator (Supply Chain)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the ledger of tracking devices and accessories by recording all receiving and issuance transactions.

  • Ensure physical inventory accuracy in alignment with inventory records/books.

  • Coordinate with Field Force Coordinators and Technicians, ensuring timely follow-ups for outstanding devices and upcoming requirements.

  • Monitor removal status of FBR devices and ensure their timely return to Head Office.

  • Track and update installation sheets, maintaining up-to-date records of on-hand devices on an hourly basis.

  • Report any discrepancies in inventory to the line manager immediately.

  • Arrange and oversee dispatches of packing material and devices for both outstation and in-city ports.

Experience:

1 and 2 years of experience in Inventory management.

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelors

Strong knowledge on MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs45,000.00 per month
