We are seeking a 
Social Media Content Creator & Visual Storyteller
 who can design, shoot, and produce 
high-impact content
 across platforms like 
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and beyond
. This role blends creativity with technical skill — from crafting branded images and videos using trending tools to capturing live moments from company events with a DSLR camera.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and publish 
    engaging social media content
     (images, carousels, short-form videos, reels) aligned with Dot Labs' brand voice.
  • Research and leverage trending tools and techniques
     to create scroll-stopping branded content.
  • Shoot photos and videos
     during company events, behind-the-scenes sessions, and day-to-day activities to create a strong visual narrative.
  • Operate 
    DSLR cameras
     and other professional equipment to capture high-quality media.
  • Edit images and videos using professional tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain the company's media library, ensuring all digital assets are organized and accessible.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of 
    social media trends, formats, and platform updates
     to keep our content fresh and impactful.

Requirements & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in 
    social media content creation
    , digital design, or visual storytelling.
  • Proven ability to design branded social media posts (images & videos) using industry-standard tools.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    DSLR photography and videography
     techniques.
  • Proficiency in 
    image and video editing software
     (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
  • Good understanding of current 
    social media trends, formats, and algorithms
    .
  • Strong storytelling skills and an eye for aesthetics, composition, and brand alignment.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, animation, or AI-based creative tools.
