What is Assistant Manager Network - MMBL?

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Assistant Manager
to support the daily operations of our team, ensuring that tasks are efficiently executed and goals are met. The Assistant Manager will play a critical role in maintaining availability and security of network. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow as technical expert while working collaboratively with other team members.

What Assistant Manager Network – MMBL Does?

• Operational Support:
  Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Problem-Solving:
  Address operational issues and incidents with effective troubleshooting to meet availability targets. Provide effective solutions to internal/external stakeholders ensuring promptly implementation.
• Project Assistance:
  Support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  Prepare reports on operational metrics, and provide insights to improve performance.
• Inventory & Resource Management:
  Lead inventory management and resources to ensure capacity availability and efficiency in operations.
• Quality Control:
  Monitor and maintain the quality of work, ensuring that all processes are compliant with industry and company standards.
• Communication:
  Serve as a point of contact between staff and senior management, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Training & Development:
  Assist in training new employees and supporting ongoing development for junior team members to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Team Leadership:
  Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high levels of performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for and what does it take to be the Assistant Manager Network?

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Information Security or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Certifications (Relevant certifications may be preferred): CCNA, CCNP or equivalent
• Key Skills:
• Experience with FortiGate, Cisco FTD, Sophos Firewall, Forti Manager, Data center networking.
• Site-to-site IPsec VPN troubleshooting
• Knowledge of UTM features.
• SDWAN implantations and architecture
• Knowledge of Private Cloud concepts
• Previous experience in Network and Network Security
• Coordination with Internet Service Providers for branches support.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
