Position Summary:

Manage and execute jobs for provisioning, operation, administration and monitoring of networks, routers, switches, security appliances, secure remote access devices, WAN links, Internet links, external agencies links, LAN, Wifi, Configuration Management, DR site, and user connectivity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the bank's enterprise network, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and data center connectivity.
  • Configure, operate, and troubleshoot Cisco/Huawei Firewalls (ASA/FTD/FMC) and Cisco/Huawei switches/routers.
  • Responsible to run multiple datacenters including cloud Datacenters and ensure their 100% connectivity with respect to high performance and availability.
  • Manage multi vendor's network equipment (not limited to Cisco, Huawei, Sophos, BIG-IP etc.)
  • Implementing and configuring routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
  • Manage firewall clustering, HA pairs, policy tuning, SSL/TLS decryption, and NGFW feature sets.
  • Implement and maintain IPSec/SSL VPN, site-to-site tunnels, and remote-access VPNs.
  • Conduct firewall rule audits, optimization, cleanup, and security posture reviews.
  • Support integration with cloud environments (Azure/AWS) including VPN.
  • Ensure low-latency, high-availability connectivity for digital banking workloads.
  • Ensure that all changes are carried out as per the change management policy and procedure
  • Develop and Implement Disaster recovery plan for core connectives and services along with DR drill planning, coordination, and availability of network infrastructure
  • The incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by easypaisa bank limited Behaviours (Be Respectful, Keep Promises, Always Explore and Create Together) in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
  • Responsible for managing compliance risk 'inherent' in their day-to-day activities, processes, and systems for which you are accountable. This includes the responsibility of business lines to own, develop, and update systems, policies, processes, and procedures to manage compliance risks inherent in their day-to-day activities.

Knowledge and Experience

Degree BS or MS in computer Science/IT/Engineering + relevant certifications
