Key Responsibilities


•      Manage and maintain the
company's complete IT infrastructure
— including servers, laptops, network devices, and software systems.


•      Provide
technical support for internal teams and customers
, resolving issues related to systems, software, and networks.


•      Install, configure, and manage
laptops/desktops
, operating systems (Windows/Linux), antivirus solutions, VPNs, and corporate software.


•      Setup and enforce
endpoint security policies
on employee and client machines (firewall, antivirus, encryption, etc.).


•      Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot
email servers, domain hosting, web servers
, and related services.


•      Configure and support
Microsoft Azure environments
— including VMs, storage, virtual networks, and resource policies.


•      Regularly maintain and update
backup systems
, disaster recovery plans, and secure remote access infrastructure.


•      Document IT processes, infrastructure changes, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.


•      Assist in onboarding new employees and clients by setting up accounts, devices, and access policies.


•      Monitor IT systems to detect and respond to suspicious activity or performance issues proactively.


•      Support software installations, patches, and updates for office applications, developer tools, and internal systems.


•      Provide expert-level
troubleshooting for any IT-related incidents
, both remotely and on-site (if applicable).

Required Skills & Experience


•      
3+ years
of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or systems administration.


•      Proficiency with
Windows OS
,
Linux
, and
macOS
environments.


•      Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Azure
— including managing VMs, users, security groups, and resource governance.


•      Solid knowledge of
networking fundamentals
— IP configuration, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and firewalls.


•      Experience with
email server management
(Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.).


•      Knowledge of
antivirus software
, device encryption, and endpoint protection.


•      Ability to manage
domain hosting, SSL certificates, and DNS configuration
.


•      Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network systems.


•      Familiarity with
Active Directory
, Group Policies, and IT security protocols.


•      Excellent organizational and communication skills.


•      Ability to document systems and processes clearly for future reference.


Preferred Qualifications


•      Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (or equivalent)


•      Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware, etc.)


•      Familiarity with automation scripts or tools (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)


•      Exposure to ITIL best practices for IT service management
