The Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our fast-growing product team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead product development for a rapidly scaling digital health platform and make a real impact on how people access mental health support globally.

As a Product Manager at CounselClinic, you will own the strategy, execution, and success of key product initiatives — from identifying user needs and defining the roadmap to collaborating across teams and measuring impact post-launch. You'll work closely with leadership, design, engineering, and operations to build solutions that are both user-centered and business-driven.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for your assigned product area.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality, high-impact features.
  • Conduct user research and data analysis to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and inform product decisions.
  • Translate complex business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Drive go-to-market planning, launch execution, and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, align goals, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, digital health innovation, and competitive products to guide strategic decisions.
  • Mentor junior product team members and contribute to a culture of learning and excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field (preferably in tech, digital platforms, or health tech).
  • Proven track record of leading product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for mental health, technology, and creating meaningful user experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
