Job Overview:

Lahore Pharma is seeking an experienced 
Production Manager
 with a strong pharmaceutical background to lead and oversee all manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate must have 
10+ years of production experience
, proven knowledge of GMP standards, and the ability to manage teams, processes, and compliance effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing.
  • Ensure compliance with 
    cGMP, DRAP guidelines, WHO standards
    , and internal SOPs.
  • Oversee workforce scheduling, machine/equipment utilization, and production workflow.
  • Coordinate with QC, QA, Supply Chain, and Warehouse departments for smooth operations.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
  • Maintain batch manufacturing records, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead production audits, validation activities, and regulatory inspections.
  • Monitor inventory of raw materials, packaging material, and coordinate procurement needs.
  • Train and manage production staff, ensuring safety and operational discipline.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any production-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Pharm-D Degree (mandatory).
  • Minimum 
    10 years of experience
     in pharmaceutical production/operations.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory compliance, and DRAP requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple production lines.
  • Experience with antiseptic, liquid preparations, or similar categories is preferred.
