Full-Stack Developer
with proven expertise in
WordPress plugin development
and
React
to join our growing engineering team.

This mid-level role requires a developer who can own both back-end and front-end projects, from building custom WordPress plugins and themes to developing React-based user interfaces and scalable full-stack solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Custom WordPress Development
    : Design, build, and maintain custom WordPress plugins, modules, and themes; ensure compatibility across environments and resolve conflicts with popular themes/plugins.
  • React Front-End Engineering
    : Develop dynamic, responsive, and reusable front-end components using React (and related libraries such as Redux or if needed).
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Integrate REST/SOAP web services and work with WordPress REST API to deliver seamless data-driven experiences.
  • Build and maintain secure, scalable full-stack solutions leveraging PHP, MySQL, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Optimize application performance, conduct A/B testing, and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Maintain high standards of UI/UX design, implementing responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
  • Use Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines to manage code quality and deployments.
  • Continuously research and implement emerging web technologies to keep our products ahead of the curve.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Full-Stack Expertise
    : Strong PHP and MySQL skills with 2+ years of hands-on experience in
    WordPress plugin/theme development
    and
    React front-end development
    .
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, and responsive UI frameworks.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, security principles, and modern development tools (GitHub, npm, Webpack, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in both Windows and Linux environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to Have / Big Plus

  • Exposure to AI/ML integrations or AI-driven web solutions.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and payment gateway integrations.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) or cloud services (AWS, Azure, or similar).
