Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore District for an HR Finance Business Partner. The role involves collaborating with finance and HR teams to develop strategies for workforce planning, budgeting, and aligning financial performance with business objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing and forecasting financial impacts of HR initiatives, providing insights for decision-making, creating and managing HR and finance reports. The HR Finance Business Partner will work closely with leadership teams to ensure alignment between HR strategies and financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in costing, financial forecasting, and budgeting
  • Bachelor's degree or Professional qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience in the agribusiness or agriculture sector is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
