We are expanding our team and looking for a
Public Relations Manager
to lead our communications strategy, shape our public narrative, and position Nova Finance as the go-to partner for financial well-being solutions in Pakistan.

Role Overview

As our Public Relations Manager, you will:

  • Build and execute a
    comprehensive PR strategy
    that strengthens Nova Finance's reputation and thought leadership in fintech.
  • Position Nova Finance as the
    preferred choice for B2B2C financial wellness solutions
    across Pakistan.
  • Create compelling stories around our products, milestones, and mission, ensuring our brand voice is heard across top-tier media, industry events, and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategy & Planning
    – Develop and lead PR and communications strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Media Relations
    – Build relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers; secure coverage in leading outlets.
  • Content & Thought Leadership
    – Position executives as fintech thought leaders via articles, interviews, and events.
  • Crisis Management
    – Design and execute a crisis communication plan to protect brand reputation.
  • Measurement & Reporting
    – Translate PR results into tangible impact, including signed partnerships and reduced sales cycles.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • 10+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology.
  • Proven track record of securing coverage in top-tier media outlets.
  • Strong media network across business, tech, and finance (a plus).
  • Experience in crisis communications and managing PR in regulated industries.
  • Excellent storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
