Job Overview:

Dany Tameerat is looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Officers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our real estate and financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Promote and sell company products and services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferred background in sales of financial products or real estate marketing.
  • Candidates with 2 to 4 years of real estate experience will be given priority.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

  • Salary: PKR 50,000/- per month
  • Commission: Attractive commission on sales performance
