Position Title: Business Development Officer / Executive
We are looking for ambitious and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Business Development Officers / Executives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct market research to support business expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Business background preferred).
- Industry experience is a plus, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
