Role Description

We are seeking
experienced RCM Specialists
capable of managing the full billing cycle, handling claims, insurance follow-ups, denials, and accounts receivable efficiently. The ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high performance and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    complete revenue cycle process
    including charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denials resolution.
  • Review and analyze billing data, monitor outstanding accounts receivable, and follow up for timely resolution.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure clean claims and accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with company billing policies and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and the ability to ensure accurate documentation
  • Experience in managing Denials and resolving billing-related issues to optimize claim acceptance rates
  • Expertise in processing Insurance claims and familiarity with payer policies, including Medicare
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines
  • Proficiency in billing or RCM software is highly desirable
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Strong understanding of denials management, EOBs, and AR processes.
  • Experience with Laboratory (LAB) billing will be preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
