We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Student Advisor to join our team at Aptech Metro Star Gate. The ideal candidate will guide students and clients through career planning, education options, and job placement assistance, helping them make informed decisions about their professional future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise students on academic programs, course selection, graduation requirements, and career pathways.
  • Assist students in understanding institutional policies and procedures.
  • Support students in developing educational plans that align with their personal goals.
  • Monitor academic progress and intervene early to support at-risk students.
  • Collaborate with faculty and administrative departments to support student success.
  • Contribute to orientation sessions, student success initiatives, and retention programs.
  • Stay updated on trends in academic advising and higher education best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations.
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.

Timings : 9 AM - 5 PM.

Location: Metro Stargate Center, Karachi
