Job description :

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through academic, personal, and career challenges, helping them make informed decisions about their education and future.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students.
  • Assist students in developing educational and career goals.
  • Address academic or personal issues impacting student performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
  • Organize workshops and seminars on relevant topics (e.g., study skills, time management, stress management).
  • Collaborate with parents and administrative staff as needed.
  • Stay updated on educational programs, scholarships, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field (16 years education preferred).
  • Proven experience as a student counselor, academic advisor, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and approachable personality.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Media Appearance to represent our organization in television, radio, online interviews, press conferences, and other public platforms.
