Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Closer with a proven background in genetics swab testing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on sales closing experience in this field and a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Close sales deals for our genetic swab testing services.
  • Effectively present and explain the benefits of genetic testing to potential clients.
  • Handle in-person consultations and follow-ups to ensure conversions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and meet weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience closing sales in genetics swab testing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong ability to build trust and rapport in face-to-face settings.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven record of hitting targets.
  • Must be available for on-site work at our Karachi office.
