About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Sales Coordinator to support our Business Sales Department.
The selected candidate will ensure seamless communication between our sales team and clients. This role involves process coordination, timely follow-ups, and CRM management to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Note: This is not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the Business Sales team and clients to ensure effective communication
  • Manage and track follow-ups, client interactions, and sales processes
  • Update and maintain records using CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Support the sales team by coordinating meetings, documentation, and internal processes
  • Identify and resolve any gaps or delays in communication or workflow

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
