Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Officer
to join our team. This role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of medical equipment and services to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and approach new hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent Medik.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing and other channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA Preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare/medical equipment industry is a plus.
  • Own conveyance is preferred.
