We're Hiring: Trade Marketing Executive – Islamabad

Location: Islamabad

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Executive to join our Trade Marketing team. In this role, you'll be the key link between marketing strategy and on-ground execution—ensuring our brands shine across retail channels. From managing POSM installations to executing trade campaigns with the sales team, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing our trade plans to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute all in-market trade marketing initiatives
  • Manage installation & maintenance of POSM (Point of Sale Materials)
  • Track and maintain records of all TPOSM, PPOSM, and giveaways
  • Ensure accurate distribution of POSM to distributors as per guidelines
  • Collaborate daily with sales teams on trade activities
  • Deploy and monitor long-term trade projects and touchpoints
  • Train field teams on trade programs and initiatives
  • Support regional sales team in launching trade programs and brand campaigns
  • Provide essential shop-level data (coverage, frequency, etc.) to head office

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's in Business or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or Tobacco industry
  • Strong field execution and analytical skills (especially in Excel)
  • Comfortable with on-ground market visits
  • A team player who thrives under tight timelines
