Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging potential clients, promoting sales initiatives, building and nurturing client relationships, and meeting established sales targets. Other responsibilities include understanding client needs, assisting customers with inquiries, providing excellent service, and collaborating with the sales team to devise innovative strategies and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve their inquiries.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and Sales Management with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Experience in Training and providing guidance to team members to support overall sales objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferable qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
