Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site
role for a
Compliance Auditor
, based in
Lahore, Pakistan
.

The Compliance Auditor will be responsible for conducting
social compliance and regulatory audits
of supplier factories to ensure adherence to
international labor standards, local laws, and ARP Group's ethical sourcing policies
.

You will play a
key role
in promoting fair labor practices, improving workplace conditions, and driving continuous improvement in
health, safety, and compliance performance
across our supply chain.

Qualifications

  • ACCA, CA, or CPA qualified
    , or equivalent professional certification.
  • Strong experience in
    internal auditing, financial reporting, and compliance
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    textile trading/manufacturing accounting cycles
    preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of
    social compliance standards
    such as
    WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, SA8000, SMETA, or ISO 45001
    .
  • Ability to
    assess internal controls
    , identify
    risk areas
    , and propose
    improvements
    .
  • Proficiency in
    ERP systems
    and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent
    analytical, communication, and report-writing
    skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel
    frequently to supplier sites.
  • Experience in the
    fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry
    is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Finance, Accounting, Social Sciences, or Industrial Relations
