Role Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lead Auditor Courses Trainer to conduct professional training sessions for ISO Lead Auditor Courses (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) in accordance with TUV Austria's training protocols and accreditation standards. The trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that develop participants' understanding of management system auditing principles, audit techniques, and ISO compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Lead Auditor Training Courses (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO as per TUV Austria's approved curriculum and IRCA/Exemplar Global requirements.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and case studies in line with course objectives and accreditation standards.
  • Deliver engaging, interactive, and effective classroom and online sessions to professionals across various industries.
  • Assess participant performance through tests, group exercises, and practical audit simulations.
  • Ensure all training sessions meet TUV Austria's quality, integrity, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain participant attendance, assessment records, and feedback for internal reporting.
  • Stay updated with the latest revisions and updates to ISO standards and auditing practices.
  • Provide post-training feedback and guidance to trainees on certification exams or audit-related queries.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must be a Certified Lead Auditor for relevant ISO Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in auditing, consultancy, or training.
  • Preferably approved as a trainer by IRCA/Exemplar Global or a recognized certification body.
  • Strong understanding of management systems, auditing principles, and ISO frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in conducting both online and physical training sessions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Sciences, or related discipline.
