Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking experienced
Sales Closers
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle
Inbounds
, effectively engaging the customer, understanding their needs, and completing the closing process according to campaign standards.
This role requires excellent communication, persuasive sales ability, and a strong sense of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage
inbound calls
from our front-line team. - Conduct professional, consultative sales conversations to convert qualified prospects.
- Accurately identify customer needs and match them with relevant solutions.
- Maintain a high closing ratio while upholding compliance and quality standards.
- Update CRM records with detailed notes, call outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance targets and KPIs.
- Participate in ongoing coaching sessions to refine closing and communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in phone-based sales, closing, or customer acquisition. - Strong
verbal communication and objection-handling skills. - Fluent and confident English speaking ability (neutral accent preferred).
- Comfortable working with call tracking systems and CRM tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
