We are seeking reliable and responsible Food Delivery Riders to join our team. The rider will be responsible for delivering food orders to customers in a timely, safe, and courteous manner. This role requires individuals who have their own motorcycle with a valid driving license. Fuel and maintenance costs will be covered by the company.

Major Job Responsibilities

  • Pick up food orders from designated area and deliver them to customers.
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Verify order details before delivery to avoid errors.
  • Maintain communication with the dispatch team for order updates.
  • Follow traffic rules and road safety regulations during deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Valid motorcycle driving license (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of local routes and areas.
  • Strong time-management and navigation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and honesty are a must.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum Matric/Intermediate education (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Previous delivery experience is a plus.
  • Age: 20 – 40 years preferred.
