We're hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist [04 positions]

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Daily tasks include managing paid search and digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, conducting A/B tests, and working closely with the creative team to produce compelling ad content. The Specialist will also be responsible for budget management, reporting on key metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience with digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Tiktok, Snapchat, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency with data analysis tools, and experience in performance tracking and reporting
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign optimization techniques
  • Ability to create and manage budgets effectively
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the retail industry is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
