CodeWorx Developers (Pvt) Ltd is hiring a dynamic and confident female Business Development Executive with strong communication and sales skills to join our team onsite in Rawalpindi.

You'll be responsible for generating leads, managing international clients (US, UK, Canada, etc.), and closing deals for web, app, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through online platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
  • Pitch IT and software solutions (Web Development, eCommerce, Mobile Apps, AI & Digital Marketing) to potential clients.
  • Build long-term professional relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Create proposals, quotes, and presentation decks to convert leads into active projects.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide weekly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2–3 years) in B2B / IT / SaaS / Software service sales.
  • Strong English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (verbal & written).
  • Excellent knowledge of freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and international client handling.
  • Target-driven mindset with confidence in pitching high-value projects.
  • Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
  • Must be confident, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
