Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Manager located in Karāchi. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling client services, and providing excellent customer service. They will manage client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships with clients. The role also involves analyzing client feedback to improve services and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.
