Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic
Cold Caller
to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients, helping them with design solutions, product inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable design solutions
  • Present products and design concepts effectively
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams for client orders
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in sales or design-related fields is a plus
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Basic understanding of interior/design concepts (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in using MS Office or relevant tools
  • Must be comfortable working night shifts
