Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Caller located in the Karachi Division. The Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our software solutions, and generating interest. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, managing call records, and following up with prospects. The individual will need to maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company standards during all communications.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
  • Basic understanding of software solutions and technology
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
