About The Role:

We're looking for a
Video Editor + Graphic Designer

who can transform complex ideas into
clear, compelling, and high-performing visuals

. In fintech, design isn't just about aesthetics, it's about building trust, simplifying decisions, and driving action.

As part of our Growth & Brand team, you'll create
scroll-stopping ads, engaging social content, and impactful brand stories

. Your work will directly influence how users perceive our platform, how they engage with it, and whether they convert into loyal customers. You'll combine
storytelling, performance design, and cultural nuance

to craft creatives that resonate across diverse audiences and markets.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

  • Edit
    short-form and long-form videos

for paid ads, social media, product explainers, and customer stories.
- Create
performance-first creatives

optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display.
- Add
motion graphics, subtitles, and local language adaptations

to maximize reach and clarity.
- Use editing techniques that
highlight key value propositions

quickly (first 3–5 seconds impact).

Graphic & Motion Design

  • Design
    static, carousel, and motion assets

tailored for different ad platforms and formats.
- Develop
infographics, product visuals, and educational graphics

that simplify complex concepts.
- Build
illustrations and micro-animations

that make digital interactions feel human and trustworthy.
- Adapt designs for
multi-language and culturally relevant campaigns

Creative Testing & Optimization

  • Produce multiple variations of ad creatives for
    A/B and multivariate testing

.
- Partner with the Growth team to analyze creative performance and
double down on what converts

.
- Continuously
experiment with hooks, formats, and messaging styles

.

Brand Storytelling & Consistency

  • Ensure all assets align with
    brand guidelines, tone, and values

.
- Translate
brand narratives into visual storytelling

across campaigns and content series.
- Maintain a
consistent design language

across app, web, ads, and social channels.

Collaboration & Asset Management

  • Work closely with
    performance marketers, product managers, and content strategists

.
- Collaborate with video editors, copywriters, and CRM to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Organize and maintain a
central creative library

for quick access and re-use.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of
    hands-on experience

in video editing and graphic design for digital-first brands.
- Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator

(Figma knowledge a plus).
- Strong understanding of
ad platform creative requirements

(Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube).
- Experience producing
performance-driven creatives

(short-form ads, UGC-style videos, motion graphics).
- Ability to
balance speed with quality

in high-volume creative production.
- Familiarity with
storyboarding and narrative design

.
- Bonus: Experience in
multi-market campaigns

with localization needs.
- Industry Preference:

Fintech, E-commerce, Performance Marketing
