Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor and Graphics Designer located in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing and editing videos, colour grading, creating motion graphics, and developing various graphic assets. Day-to-day tasks include collaboratively working with the creative team to create visually appealing and high-quality digital content that meets client expectations and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Colour Grading
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics
• Strong understanding of digital content creation and storytelling
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred

Job description

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into finished videos
• Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital & social media, brand identity and print media.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets
• Create motion graphics and simple animations
• Optimise videos and graphics for various digital platforms in REELS, DESIGN TO ANIMATION & PROMO VIDEOS, etc.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, e.g AI Tools, Gemini, VEO 2,3, etc.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions
• Maintain organised project files and asset libraries
• Develop the production & Branding design and overall layout for Social Media, advertisements, magazines, banners, products, brochures, and more. (MANDATORY)
• Create visual text and imagery concepts
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor and graphic designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong portfolio showcasing video and graphic design work
• Excellent sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Basic sound editing skills are desirable
