Job Overview

We are seeking a
creative and detail-oriented Video Editor + Graphic Designer
to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging content that effectively communicates our brand message and property offerings across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot (if needed), edit, and produce high-quality videos for social media, ads, property listings, and promotional campaigns
  • Design eye-catching graphics, marketing collaterals, presentations, and social media posts aligned with brand guidelines
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all content
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Stay up to date with the latest design and social media trends to keep content fresh and competitive

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a video editor and graphic designer (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and their content requirements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in real estate or property marketing
  • Basic animation or motion graphics skills
  • Photography skills
