Project Coordinator:

SOFTCONSULTS is looking Project Coordinator for implementation of ERP in our clients. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, execution and implementation of ERP at our client. It is a middle management job position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, risk registers, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, distribute minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Track project progress, monitor timelines, and escalate issues or delays as required.
  • Facilitate communication among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Help with resource allocation and ensure availability of materials and equipment as per project needs.
  • Assist the project manager in execution of project delivery.
  • Ensure that projects comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize project workflow and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

· Minimum 2 years of experience working withERP implementationand Support.

· Knowledge and experience with hospital systems is preferred.

· Demonstrated ability to follow standard practices and procedure, receive general instructions and supervision on work progress and make significant contribution to end results.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools/software (e.g. Asana, Trello, MS Project, Jira, etc.).

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a collaborative approach to work.
