We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator who will serve as the bridge between our business and technical teams. This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication, timely project execution, and alignment of client requirements with development outcomes.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will support ongoing software development projects by managing communication across sales, management, and development teams. You will oversee proposal preparation, track updates from sales, and ensure developers have the necessary inputs to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal & Portfolio Preparation

  • Draft and prepare project proposals, portfolios, and related documentation immediately after client meetings.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
  • Client Coordination
  • Work closely with the team to track leads, proposals, and opportunities.
  • Provide management with timely updates on client discussions and proposals.
  • Ensure smooth and accurate handover of project details to the development team.

Software Development Team Coordination

  • Act as a communication link between developers and management.
  • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure deliverables align with agreed scope and timelines.
  • Document meeting notes, requirements, and action items for the team.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Proactively identify risks, delays, or dependencies and escalate to management.
  • Provide regular status reports and dashboards to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role in the IT/software industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Jira etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
