Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Sales & Concept Designer to join our Islamabad team. The role combines client-facing sales with concept design, requiring an individual who can understand customer needs, create tailored interior solutions, and drive sales through exceptional service and design expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Designing:

  • Develop interior space plans and furniture layouts tailored to client preferences and lifestyle needs
  • Create visual presentations, mood boards, and 3D concepts using design software
  • Collaborate with clients to refine designs and ensure alignment with their vision and budget
  • Stay updated on furniture trends, materials, and innovations to offer fresh ideas

Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements and suggesting suitable products
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue goals
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across Rove's collections and promotional offers

Teamwork & Showroom Maintenance:

  • Coordinate with the merchandising and logistics teams to ensure product availability and showroom presentation
  • Assist in organizing events, promotions, and marketing initiatives at the showroom

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in furniture sales and/or interior concept designing
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for design and sales
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
