About Us

Banu Pret is a growing women's clothing brand known for elegant, ready-to-wear outfits featuring premium fabrics, intricate embroidery, and modern designs rooted in tradition. We're looking for a creative and skilled Fashion Designer
to join our team and help bring new ideas to life for upcoming collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design seasonal collections (pret, co-ord sets, embroidered lawn, and festive wear).
  • Develop design concepts, mood boards, and sketches according to brand aesthetics.
  • Source and coordinate fabrics, accessories, and embroidery details.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
  • Research current fashion trends, colors, and silhouettes relevant to the Pakistani market.
  • Assist in sample development and fitting sessions.
  • Manage timelines to meet design and launch deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in women's fashion (pret or luxury pret preferred).
  • Strong sense of color, fabric, and silhouette.
  • Proficiency in sketching (manual or digital) and understanding of garment construction.
  • Attention to detail with creative and trend-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
