Zara Shahjahan, a leading name in Pakistan's luxury fashion industry, is looking for a creative and skilled Fashion Designer to develop and transform unstitched collections into beautifully curated stitched wear. The ideal candidate must have a strong sense of fashion aesthetics, color coordination, and fabric understanding, with hands-on experience in designing and executing ready-to-wear looks from unstitched concepts.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Design and develop stitched collections derived from unstitched lines while maintaining the brand's design philosophy.

Research market trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes to ensure contemporary and appealing designs.

Collaborate with stitching, embroidery, and production teams for sample development and final product execution.

Ensure quality, fit, and finishing standards are maintained throughout the design process.

Prepare design mood boards, color stories, and styling ideas for each seasonal collection.

Maintain brand identity and design consistency across all categories.

Assist in fittings, sampling, and production coordination to meet timelines.

𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design from a recognized institute.

2–3 years of relevant experience in a reputed textile or fashion brand.

Strong understanding of fabrics, embroidery techniques, stitching details, and silhouette development.

Good product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends and consumer preferences.

Proficiency in design visualization and execution.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
