Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Karachi. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and analyze data, and support senior management in strategic decision-making. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and optimizing operational processes. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Operational Processes and Compliance
  • Problem-solving and Strategic Decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the cement or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and adapt to dynamic environments
