Mergestack is looking to hire a
Receptionist.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and attending to official guests, ensuring a positive welcome and maintaining their visitor database accurately.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of all incoming and outgoing visitors.
  • Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the receipt and deliveries at the office, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Coordinate hospitality for guests.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and monitoring.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Provide support to the HR/Admin team when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth front desk operations.
  • Ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
  • Follow visitor protocols and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Prior 3-6 months of work experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to foster positive and healthy employee relations and interact professionally with visitors.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Certification in Front Desk management
