Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and collaborating with influencers and media partners to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and passionate about fashion and lifestyle marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage Instagram content strategy, including stories, reels, and influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
  • Coordinate with influencers and media agencies for promotions, negotiations, and campaign execution.
  • Develop engaging content such as captions, product descriptions, and promotional materials for new launches and collections.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
  • Support campaign shoots by creating concepts, scripts, and communication guidelines.
  • Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns (via Klaviyo) to boost customer retention and sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams for collection launches, ensuring effective storytelling and brand positioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand communication (fashion/retail industry experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing.
  • Proficiency in content creation and copywriting.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
