Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Karachi. The Sales Associate will engage with potential clients to promote and sell Brightcore Energy's products and services. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the Sales Associate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth by achieving sales targets and driving new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, relationship management, and client acquisition
  • Knowledge of renewable energy solutions, particularly solar energy and related products
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide customized energy solutions
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a target-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in the energy or technology sector is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
