The Role:

We are seeking a versatile and results-obsessed Digital Marketing Expert to develop, execute, and manage our multi-channel marketing strategy. You will be responsible for generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and driving revenue growth through a blend of paid and organic tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, paid social) to achieve target ROAS and CPA.
  • Lead our SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy to improve organic rankings and traffic.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns (nurture sequences, newsletters, promotional blasts) to engage and convert our audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Stay ahead of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
  • Expert-level skills in Google Analytics and data interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the IT industry.
  • Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Basic graphic design (Canva) or video editing skills.
