Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional with 3+ years in email marketing and lead generation. The ideal candidate is someone who knows how to:

  • Set up and optimize outreach systems end-to-end.
  • Use advanced tools like , Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, and others.
  • Create personalized, high-converting email sequences.
  • Generate verified leads and build lists of qualified prospects.
  • Monitor deliverability, track metrics, and continuously improve campaigns.

You'll be responsible for building our outreach setup from zero, launching campaigns, and ensuring results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a cold email outreach system from scratch (domain setup, warm-up, verification, tracking).
  • Research, verify, and segment leads using advanced tools and methods.
  • Write and optimize outreach sequences to maximize open and reply rates.
  • Manage multiple inboxes, monitor deliverability, and resolve spam issues.
  • Track performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and provide weekly reports.
  • Continuously test, improve, and scale campaigns for higher client acquisition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in email marketing and B2B lead generation.
  • Expert knowledge of tools such as , Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, NeverBounce (or similar).
  • Strong technical understanding of email deliverability, DNS records, domain warm-up, and inbox health.
  • Experience in setting up automation workflows for outreach and follow-ups.
  • Ability to write clear, persuasive outreach copy.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
