About Us

We're an online bed and mattress retailer committed to helping customers sleep better. We're looking for a creative, data-driven digital marketer to plan and run online campaigns that bring in orders and build our brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) including ad creation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign data to maximize ROI, lower cost-per-acquisition, and increase sales.
  • Create simple, engaging ad copy and visuals.
  • Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running profitable PPC and paid social campaigns (e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and related analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage a flexible part-time schedule.
  • Ability to maximize the ROI (even on a tight monthly ad budget).
  • Decent English proficiency for communication. (You can use GenAI for generating ad copy. )

Note:

We want someone who can deliver results quickly and ideally within budget. Bonuses will be offered if your expertise helps us land more sales.
