Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process invoices and billing statements.
  • Managing general accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
  • Follow up with customers regarding receipts.
  • Prepare customers receivable report and reconcile with ledgers.
  • Track payments and ensure accuracy of paid accounts.
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
  • Provide assistance in accounting staff and department with day-to-day accounting duties.
  • Performing reconciliation of accounts.
  • Processing payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods.
  • Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts.
  • Effective assistance in office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up vendor meetings (when needed)
  • Maintaining petty cash, if any.
  • Recording of administrative documents / files
  • Ensuring effective filing system, inventory-tagging, stock registers and office equipment
  • Performing bank reconciliations and other related tasks
  • Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Assistance in monthly e-filing of Sales Tax and Withholding Tax

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, MS in Finance or CMA and related degree.

Experience:

3 years of experience in related fields

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per month
