Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive with approximately 3 years of hands-on experience in financial operations, accounting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting tasks, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL) entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Assist in preparation of tax filings (e.g., VAT, GST, corporate tax) and liaise with auditors and tax consultants as required.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance-related needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
