Role Description

We are looking for a
Research
Analyst
, Expert Recruitment (Primary Research)
to join our team in Islamabad. This is a
full-time, on-site role (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PKT)
.

The role is not about crunching numbers or running statistical models, it is about people, communication, and research coordination. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and reaching out to professionals across industries for research projects
  • Communicating project requirements clearly and convincingly to potential experts
  • Coordinating expert participation in interviews, surveys, and other research formats
  • Supporting the project delivery team to ensure smooth execution of client studies
  • Understanding client research needs and aligning expert recruitment accordingly

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionals across industries
  • A good understanding of how market research and primary research work
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in recruitment, market research, or expert networks is a plus
