Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Research Analyst – Market Research (Expert Recruitment & Insights) located in Islamabad. The Senior Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying and recruiting expert participants, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights. Day-to-day tasks will include designing research methodologies, performing data analysis, communicating findings, and collaborating with consulting and market research teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Market Research and Research skills
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Statistics
  • Excellent Communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with teams
  • Experience with expert recruitment and insight generation is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Economics, or Social Sciences
