We're hiring

Technical Support Engineer to join our team at NETPAC Lahore Office , a leading cable manufacturer and value-added distributor for top IT manufacturers in Pakistan. We're looking for a professional with a strong understanding of network solutions and a passion for technology. This role requires expertise in deploying and designing various network systems based in lahore .

Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities

  • Network Deployment: Design and deploy wireless access point networks and other network solutions. You should have a good understanding of PON (Passive Optical Network) networks and solutions.
  • Network Management: Deploy and manage surveillance systems and have a working knowledge of MikroTik RouterOS.
  • Wireless Solutions: Implement and deploy point-to-point and point-to-multipoint long and short-range wireless solutions.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support to clients and assist with the implementation and configuration of projects.
  • Firewall Management: You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and troubleshooting firewall systems to safeguard our network infrastructure. This includes understanding different firewall technologies (e.g., Next-Generation Firewalls), configuring security policies, and performing regular security audits.

Training: Engage in regular and custom training sessions on the latest technologies and products.

Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree is required.

Certifications: You must have industry certifications such as CCNA, MTCNA, or a higher-level certification.

  • Experience: The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded understanding of product deployment and design.
